The water hat's ability is that it can grow flowers. Throughout the world, you will find unbloomed flowers. The hat's silhouette in a white bubble will appear next to it when approached. The hat can water these flowers and turn them into platforms. The hat is also the key to reaching the Wizard, which is done by watering the flower in the Gardener's home.
